What is Barre? Our Barre class is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can.

Benefits of Barre sessions include being beginner friendly, increased flexibility, increased muscle strength, improved endurance, better posture, it’s gentle on joints and is beneficial for cross training.

Our Instructors



Amanda has been practicing barre since 2018, after having foot and ankle problems from running. Barre provided her with a unique and challenging workout. Amanda works in the criminal justice field. When not in the studio you can find her volunteering with a local dog rescue, hiking, and camping with her husband and 6 dogs.



My journey with barre started 4 years ago. I was tired of my old workouts and wanted something fun I looked forward to doing each day. I found that in barre! Corissa works as an elementary school teacher. When I'm not at barre, you can find me cooking, trying new restaurants, curling up with a book, hanging out with my friends and family, and giving all the love to my dog, Brody, and my husband. I look forward to sweat sessions with you at the barre!



Jessi has been practicing barre since 2018. She is also one of the few certified instructors for the pumped-up strength class. Jessi works as a licensed counselor. When she is not in the studio, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and husky, Blitz.


Jo Anna

Jo Anna started dancing at a young age. So, she naturally found barre and pilates to be her favorite workout as an adult. Outside of the studio she works as a pediatric dialysis technician at Children's Wisconsin. Her favorite way to spend the weekends with her husband and black lab in the Northwoods of Wisconsin.



Megan was an ultramarathon runner when a knee injury caused her to have to find other ways to exercise. That is when she found barre! Megan is known for her bubbly personality, that keeps you going during her challenging classes.
